1. We will not serve you if we believe that alcohol will be passed to under 15’s.
  2. Abuse of our staff will not be tolerated whether physical or verbal. For security reasons it may be necessary to record telephone calls. Some personal details will be retained by our system (name, address, telephone numbers, date of birth and email address). Your card details are never stored electronically.
  3. We provide a safe environment for all personal details.
  4. All purchases made on this web site are governed by these Terms and Conditions at any time although the Terms and Conditions governing any given purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order. If you order goods after we have published any changes you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should check prior to each order to ensure that you understand the precise terms and conditions applicable to your purchase.
  5. If you have ordered alcohol from us and cannot be at home at your selected delivery time, it is your responsibility to ensure that a suitable person is there to receive the order, with the payment made in advanced.
  6. Prices and descriptions may be subject to change without prior notice.
  7. The price of goods does not include a charge for delivery, for areas that far and near our location, this will be a minimum of 1$ – if you are outside phnom penh, we will charge delivery service from our shop to nearest bus station and the bus fee will be your buyer’s responsibility.
  8. Payment may be made by cash, aba payment or credit card. You cannot pay for your order by cheque.
  9. The debit, credit and charge cards accepted by us are those listed on the web site on the date on which your order is placed. If delivery asking for payment proof, you must show your payment to our delivery person as proof. If not, we maintain our right to take back the order product.
  10. Authority for payment will be requested from your card issuer at the time of your order. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority for payment or reasonably believe that payment will be refused at any stage.
  11. If paying by credit or debit card or aba and you cancel after a period longer than 10 minutes, an administration charge 5$ will be deducted from your refund.
  12. Buyer is entitled to inspect the Goods upon delivery. If the Goods are unacceptable for any reason, Buyer must reject them at the time of delivery. If Buyer has not rejected the Goods on that time of delivery, Buyer shall have waived any right to reject that specific delivery of Goods. In the event Buyer rejects the Goods, Buyer shall allow Seller a reasonable time to cure the deficiency. A reasonable time period shall be determined by industry standards for the particular Goods, as well as the Seller and Buyer.
  13. The images that are provided on our website may not necessarily represent the design of the product(s) you buy exactly, therefore we aware of this beforehand.
  14. Also, if you are not 100% satisfied with the product(s) you bought from our website, we are not liable for that and we strongly advise you to contact the manufacturer through the contact details provided on the packaging (can, bottle etc.), if you wish to complain.
  15. Finally, please do not expect the products you buy from our website to be delivered chilled, so we are not liable if you are unsatisfied with the temperature of the product(s) delivered to you.

Our delivery will start from 8:30am to 9:00pm Daily, We will try our best to make it on time as customer specifically requested.

  1. We will only sell and deliver to the residential address where you are currently located or third party location, our drivers are instructed to abort the delivery, if they believe it to be an off the street sale.
  2. You must provide us with your address with google map if possible.
  3. Offensive or abusive behavior to any of our staff will not be tolerated.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse sale at our discretion.
  5. All prices are accurate at time of publication.
  6. Please be aware, our drivers carry no cash or excess stock with them so when placing your order please ensure you have remembered to order everything you want!
  7. Delivery is usually within 30 minutes to 1h30minutes , but please allow for busy periods. You will be given an estimated delivery time when you place your order.
  8. Typically delivery is  for orders over 20$ (Including discounts). Deliveries’s  orders are subject to a delivery charge of $1-$5 depending on location.
  9. Should you cancel your order or are unable to take delivery for any other reason your payment will be refunded to your card less $5 to cover the cost of delivery and administration.
  10. If payment is made by when product arrival, transaction payment will be need to be shown to our delivery team to ensure you payment was made. If transaction can’t be shown, then the sale will be REFUSEDand our delivery will take product order back and will refunded to your card or account less $5 to cover the cost of delivery and administration.


Changing & Cancellation.

Once order has been confirmed, changing product will not be available for customers to change in order transaction.

  • Adding or Edit product or quantity can only be made by S liquor Operator.
  • As for additional payment, Our Operator will ask our buyer to pay more when arrive which could do by aba payment or cash.
  • Cancellation will not cost any money if order has not been standby for over 10minutes. Otherwise, there will be 5$ charge for administration and delivery fee charge fee that will deduct when we refunded to your account or card.
  • Refunded will take 3 to 5 work days
  • Please note that this changing and cancellation policy shall apply only for S liquor and its Customer.
