Louis Eschenauer Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes:

Clear ruby red in colour with purple tints. On the nose you will find typical aromas from the Cabernet grapes of red summer fruits, blackcurrant, green pepper, with spice and even notes of hay. The wine has good tannic structure, with hints of liquorice and forest fruits and a persistent length on the palate.

This red wine is a well-balanced match with red meat, game or cured meat as well as salads and a broad range of cheeses.
