General Information

Eligibility: The lucky draw is open to participants who are at least 18 years old and
must be a member of MY S-Liquor Loyalty Program. Employees of the organizer, their
1st to 2nd degree family members and anyone else connected with the
promotion are excluded from entry.

Entry Requirements: Purchase is necessary to participate. To join the lucky draw,
customers must purchase any bottle/s of Jura, Fettercairn, Tamnavulin or Shackleton.
Entrants must complete the entry coupon/ticket and drop inside the Lucky Draw Box.

Lucky Draw Coupon: One (1) lucky draw coupon/ticket will be issued per bottle
purchased, according to brand. E.q. 1 bottle Jura = 1 Jura coupon, | 1 bottle Jura + 2
Tamnavulin = 1 Jura coupon + 2 Tamnavulin coupons.
Promotion Period: Entries will be accepted from start launch on 23rd of August 2024
to 31st of December 2024. All entries must be received by 9pm on the last day of the
promotion period.

Limitations: Multiple entries are allowed. The more the entry, the more chance of
winning. Entries are monitored with control number. Any control number duplication
is not allowed and will be disqualified.
Prize Details

Prizes: The prizes are specified per brand and shown in the List of Prizes. The
organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value
without notice. Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be converted into cash or any
form.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries
received. The lucky draw will take place on January 3, 2025, Live at selected Sliquor
store.

Notification: Winners will be notified via phone within 7 days of the draw. If a winner
does not acknowledge within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a
new winner may be selected.

Prize Collection: Prizes must be collected within 30 days from the date of
notification. Selected winner must complete requirements & processes to obtain
his/her prize. Winners are required to follow any governing law related to prize
claims.

General Conditions

Data Protection: By entering the lucky draw, participants consent to the collection
and processing of their personal data for the
purposes of the draw. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable
data protection laws.

Publicity: Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities related to
the lucky draw, including the use of their
names and photographs in marketing materials.
Proof of Verification: For faster verification of winners, we encourage participating
customers to keep a record photocopy or picture of their raffle tickets.

Disqualification: The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who
does not comply with these terms and conditions or who engages in any fraudulent
or dishonest behavior.

Disclaimer: The organizer will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising
from participation in the lucky draw or the acceptance of any prize, except where
required by law.

Agreement: All participants are subject to follow the terms and conditions of MY

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kingdom of
Cambodia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of Kingdom of Cambodia.

Amendments

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any
time without prior notice. Participants are
advised to check the terms regularly.
